WOOD JOB! (2014) Review — I Came for the Comedy, but Fell in Love With the Japanese Countryside
WOOD JOB! (2014) is a funny, beautiful Japanese film about a clueless city boy who slowly falls in love with life in the mountains. I went in blind and came out loving its weird villagers, breathtaking forest, master-disciple bond, and message about slow living. My honest rating: 8.5/10. A real gem!
